    Mom box office collection day 4: Sridevi starrer maintains steady pace; earns Rs 16.92 crore

    Sridevi starrer Mom has hit the bull’s eye and after a good weekend, is still maintaining steady pace at the box office. The film made Rs 2.52 crore at the box office on its first Monday. Taking its four day total to Rs 16.92 crore. Talking about its steady pace at the box office, Taran Adarsh tweeted, “#Mom *footfalls* on Mon are higher than Fri since ticket rates are reduced… Effectively, it’s more than opening day in terms of occupancy.”
    In his next tweet he posted about the figures at the box office, “#Mom Fri 2.90 cr, Sat 5.08 cr, Sun 6.42 cr, Mon 2.52 cr. Total: ₹ 16.92 cr. India biz.” It’s very rare for a film to show it’s fourth day numbers, which is a weekday, relatively better than it’s first day, which was a weekend.     The film was praised for director Ravi Udyawar’s execution but it was Sridevi’s heart-wrenching performance that pulled people to the theatre. Plus, the film has some of the best talents from India and Pakistan. If Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Akshaye Khanna were phenomenal, Sajal Ali and Adnan Siddiqui were also great.
