Bani J buries the hatchet; sends birthday wishes to bestie Gauahar Khan
Bani J and Gauahar Khan‘s fallout rumors have been the talk of the town since some time now. It was reported that they are not on talking terms. Gauahar, who used to share a lot of selfies with Bani earlier, suddenly stopped posting anything on Instagram. Bani, too, didn’t shed any words of appreciation on Gauahar’s bold performance in Begun Jaan. Things became more apparent when the duo reportedly un-followed each other on Insta.
However, on Gauahar’s birthday yesterday, Bani posted a throwback picture of them on her Insta story and wished her. She wrote, “I wished you already but tbt to Bali lol.” It is really heartwarming to see Bani extending the olive branch towards her old friend. Clearly, she doesn’t want to lose her on any cost.
When BollywoodLife contacted Bani last week to comment on the reports, she had said, “This is a very old story that is doing the rounds. I don’t know from where people put up old news to make it new news. It is false.” On being asked to confirm that there is no fallout between the two, she stated, “Yaar, it is completely rubbish. People like to talk about things they really don’t know about.”
Gauahar had reacted in a similar manner when she was asked to comment on their alleged fight, a few months back. “The reports are bullshit,” she had said. She had once said in an interview that, “Bani and I are not friends, we are family.”
