The teaser of Vijay's Mersal's second single is out, wiat for the complete number at 7PM today
Apart from Thala Ajith’s Vivegam, one of the most awaited Tamil movies of 2017 is Thalapathy Vijay’s Mersal! This is Vijay’s 61st projecct in his career and his second film with Atlee! Everything about this film is larger than life – Vijay plays three characters, the film stars three leading ladies, the movie is set in different time periods, it’s Sri Thenandal’s 100th project and AR Rahman is composing the music for it! The film annouced of its second single last evening – Neethane. From the looks of the poster, it’s seemed to be a romantic number starring Vijay and Samantha Ruth Prabhu, one of the leading ladies. After the phenomenal response to Alapooran Thamizhan, expectations form the subsequent number was obviously high. Neethanae song teaser is finally here and we love this one just as much!
In Shreya Ghosal, AR Rahman’s voice, the film strikes a chord with you instsantly. It’s softm soulful number that grows on you as the song continues. It’s simple yet so beautiful. We alreayd love Vijay-Samantha’s pairing, courtesy Theri, this song gives us yet another reason to love them. The complete song will be out at 7pm. Mersal’s audio launch will be a garnd funciton in August. Reportedly, AR Rahman will perform live. Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan are rumoured to be attending the event. In this film, Vijay reportedly will play a chieftan, doctor and a magician. The other two heroines include Kajal Aggarwal and Nithya Menen. This movie si extra special because it will mark Sri Thenandal Film’s 100th film. The film is set for a grand release this Diwali.
Vijay- Atlee’s last movie, Theri was the actor’s biggest hit. Will they strike gold again/ We are yet to find out. So far, each of the posters and songs have garnered a huge buzz, it’s creating a great build up to the actual release this Diwali.
