You will applaud for Nawaz after watching this
Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s rural gangster drama, Babumoshai Bandookbaaz is all set to release tomorrow. The film sees him back as a rogue in India’s heartland and people are understandably excited. After all, his performance as Faisal Khan in Gangs of Wasseypur is an unforgettable one till date. He told us that his character in this film is a lot more immoral than Faisal, who was a man of integrity in many ways. We also asked him about those much talked about steamy scenes with Bidita Bag in the film. As we know, those scenes were reportedly the root cause of Chitrangada Singh’s exit from the film. It seems she was not comfortable with the extent of passion shown and felt it unaesthetic for her tastes.
Nawaz is all praises for Bidita’s confidence in pulling off those scenes. The song Barfani has already got more than six million views for the same. Bidita plays a cobbler in the film. Their love-making is shown as totally unabashed and slightly crude as well. It is indeed a very tough sequence even for actors who might have worked together before. Plus, there is a considerable age gap between Bidita and Nawaz. The actor also spoke about what makes him feel sexy and what is a turn on for him.
Directed by Kushan Nandy, Babumoshai Bandookbaaz has made news for a number of reasons right from why they had to stop shoot in West Bengal to Chitrangada being replaced by Bidita. Watch the video below..
