The biggest and the snazziest award festivities honouring the finest performances of Indian celluloid, IIFA Awards 2017 transpired over the weekend and witnessed the starry turnout of the who’s who of B-town in New York. Stepping their most fashionable foot forward, the tinsel town denizens dabbled in styles that were classic but also experimental. While some nailed it, others were unsuccessful in wooing the fashion police. Taapsee Pannu may have clinched the Woman of the Year Award for her role in Pink but her bold move to ditch the gown and opt for an unconventional sheer number failed to shine on the green carpet.
