Oh no! HBO Spain makes a big blunder; airs an hour of Game of Thrones season 7 episode 6 instead of 5

The leaks weren't enough that now HBO Spain has made a big blunder!

The leaks weren’t enough that now HBO Spain has made a big blunder! They’ve aired the sixth episode of Game of Thrones season 7! This season is definitely been quite unlucky. Be it the leaks that took place, the ransom asked by cyber bullies and now airing of the wrong episode. Reddit users from Spain have reportedly shared screen grabs of the episode calling out the channel for showing the wrong episode. Now you must know, beyond this, you’ll be reading spoilers so if you don’t want to know, might as well skip the story. As for the ones who’re unfazed by the spoilers, read on…
The 6th episode follows the events of Eastwatch where Jon Snow is leading a group of brave men beyond The Wall to bring home proof of the White Walkers and the Night King’s existence.  There is a still of Jon Snow and  Tormund Giantsbane walking beyond The Wall. The Slayer Slayer episode is supposed to be 71 minutes long, however, over 60 minutes of the episode was revealed by HBO Spain. Soon the internet started bustling with many more leaked stills. One of them shows members of The Brotherhood, The Hound, and Gendry discuss their next move with the snowy mountain as the backdrop. It’s funny how first the channel got attacked by online hackers but now, they brought this on themselves. Apparently some people even mentioned that the episode clips were leaked on social media. Twitterati has been trying to get their hands on the same but the link seems missing. Here’s how Twitter is trippin’ –

The person responsible for airing the sixth episode hasn’t been caught yet and we pray for his soul because we’re certain, they won’t be spared. On the other hand, four suspects from HBO Distributor India have been arrested for their involvement in the Spoils of War leak incident. After conducting a joint investigation by Cyber & PAW, Government of Maharashtra and the office of DCP (Cyber) in Mumbai, four individuals from Prime Focus Technologies, an agency contracted by Star India to manage the data, have been found responsible for the illegal circulation of the episode. “The material collected by the department, together with the opinion, was sent to the office of DCP (Cyber), BKC, Mumbai for further investigation and necessary penal action in accordance with law,” a statement from the investigators stated.
Damn, it’s perhaps the most jinxed season for Game of Thrones. Stay tuned to this space for hot scoop and latest updates.
