AIB made its first huge controversy when they had conducted the infamous roast session with Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor, that was hosted by Karan Johar
The comedy group, All India Bakchod, finds itself in another spot of bother, as there is another legal noticed slapped on them. This time, it’s a meme that brought them trouble. A few days ago, someone had posted a picture of a man standing at a railway station who looked similar to our Prime Minister, and was checking his phone. That pic became a lot viral and people began to make jokes and memes out of those, most of them taking on PM’s love for travel. Now AIB also joined the bandwagon and made a meme out of that picture, in which they shows the ‘PM’actually checking out the Snapchat and making a dog filter for himself.

However, BJP supporters didn’t see any humour in the joke, and they began to troll the group with abusive messages. Now we hear that a FIR has been filed against the group, where they have been charged with defamation and also under the IT Act. Such an offence they can also serve a punishment for up to three years in jail, after paying Rs 5 lakh fine. The group has deleted the meme from their social networking sites since then, but have been posting tweets that show that they are undeterred by the backlash and the FIR. Especially Tanmay Bhat, one of the original members, who have been posting these tweets…

AIB made its first huge controversy when they had conducted the infamous roast sessionwith Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor, that was hosted by Karan Johar. The show was in spotlight for the supposedly obscene jokes and bad words used, and there has been complaints filed against all involved. Then Tanmay personally got into trouble when his Snapchat video spoofing Lata Mangeshkar and Sachin Tendulkar went viral, inviting another FIR.
